What a great week, between Teacher Appreciation week, Senior Decisions Day, 9th grade incentive trip, Athletics signing day, School wide messaging about safe driving, JROTC trip to Hanging Rock, and more! We head into this weekend with the prom Saturday evening and the track team participating in the regional meet this weekend and start off the week on Monday with the Sophomore incentive trip and our first of a handful of EOC state test tutorial blitzes!!

What a great day at Senior Decision Day!!!!

We only have 15 days of full instruction left. Have you seen your students’ grades lately. Please do so if you have not. Do you have any concerns, or needs for your student considering we are close to the finish line? Within this blog, you will find the testing schedule along with State testing tutorials offered in Biology, Math 1 Math 3, English 10. These sessions have shown dramatic growth for any students who have attended these sessions. Students enrolled in these classes should not miss opportunity.

Parent Survey

The purpose of this survey is to fulfill session law Ҥ 115C-102.9 calling for the collection and reporting of data regarding all students access to digital devices and internet access at home. This information will be used to help target areas of need and ensure that all NC students have adequate access to devices and the internet to access learning. I challenge everyone to be involved in their student’s academic progress. Please take a moment to create a Parent Assist account through Infinite Campus to monitor daily progress of your student.

The Learning Hub is in session on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00. The program offers flexible opportunities for students to receive academic and social-emotional supports, tutoring, and enrichment outside regular school hours. Learning Hubs will take place in the Media Center. • Students need to bring their ID cards • Transportation and food provided.

Parents/Guardians, as a gentle reminder, in order for a student to be checked out, he or she MUST be in Infinite Campus under contacts to do so. They also must have a valid ID. This is for the safety of your student. If you find an error, let’s work together to fix that issue so everything can run safely and smoothly.
