Good evening! This is Principal Hettenbach from High Point Central High School with a message from the Boulevard.
This Tuesday is our quarterly Family Engagement Night from 5:30-7:30. This is an opportunity to take advantage of colleges, universities, career pathways, military opportunities, and community resources and supports. We will have free food on site as well.
We also have our Red Ribbon week. Red Ribbon Week is the United States’ largest and longest-running annual drug, alcohol, and violence prevention awareness campaign, observed every year from October 23 to October 31.

Tryouts for Winter Sports begin on November 2. If you are interested in playing Basketball, swimming, wrestling or running indoor track, please contact the coaches ASAP. You must have completed all eligibility requirements on DragonFly in order to participate on November 2nd. Go to www.highpointcentralathleticzone.com and click on eligibility for details.

Please take a moment to check out our 4 year data trend. This is something I am so extremely proud of. I am proud of our amazing and dedicated staff, hardworking students, supportive families and well connected community and partnerships who make every effort to assist in providing an amazing education to our many well deserved students. How can you help as a parent or guardian? Well, if, you are new to High Point Central, we simply need your student at school every day, on time, and giving it their all. We can take care of the rest of that happens.

Please be sure to review the electronics policy with your student.

Would you like to be in the know at all times about your student’s grades, attendance, and more, then make sure you connect to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Directions are below!

Familiar with Class Dojo at the Elementary level? Guess what, we are bringing it to the High School level!

Are you needing to update your information on Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
Parents/Guardians, as a gentle reminder, in order for a student to be checked out, he or she MUST be in Infinite Campus under contacts to do so. They also must have a valid ID. This is for the safety of your student. If you find an error, let’s work together to fix that issue so everything can run safely and smoothly.

Please link your Harris Teeter Vic card to High Point Central. Our number is 1084. LINKS= Dollars for HPC! The higher the link count the higher the earnings for HPC. You can link your card in the store by asking customer service or go to https://buff.ly/3OQ7V1w.
