Good evening! This is Principal Hettenbach from High Point Central High School with a message from the Boulevard.
This is an exciting week! On Tuesday, we will have Open House from 5:30-7PM. This is an opportunity for students to get the most accurate schedule. Please do not rely on what you see electronically as schedules are constantly being adjusted. You will have an opportunity to visit your teachers, walk the halls, see your friends, visit community resources, colleges, careers and more! Seniors and 12th grade parents will need to see the counselors at 6:30 in the auditorium Tuesday night so they are in the know on what to expect over the next 10 months in order for your Bison to walk across the graduation stage!
Where do we get the schedules that evening?
Seniors – outside the auditorium in the hallway
Juniors – 2nd floor hallway cove by 206
Sophomores – 2nd floor hallway cove by 215
Freshmen – 3rd floor hallway cove by room 310
Thursday evening at 6PM, we invite parents of new students and parents of Freshmen to get a basic overview of what to expect from High Point Central. The session will be delivered by 9th grade Assistant Principal Mr. Hagerman and 9th Grade counselor Mrs. Torrence. The very next morning, Friday, at 9AM, we welcome our new 9th graders to be oriented on the life of a high schooler at High Point Central., This is a no miss event. We will help your new high school student get acclimated immediately.

Familiar with Class Dojo at the Elementary level? Guess what, we are bringing it to the High School level!
Parents/Guardians, as a gentle reminder, in order for a student to be checked out, he or she MUST be in Infinite Campus under contacts to do so. They also must have a valid ID. This is for the safety of your student. If you find an error, let’s work together to fix that issue so everything can run safely and smoothly.
